Q:  What is Ocean's Floor's Livestock Trade-in Policy?

     A:  Our Trade-In Policy can be found HERE on our Facebook Page.

Q:  What type of payments do you accept?

     A:  We accept Cash, Check & Most Major Credit Cards. 

Q:  What is your Return Policy for equipment or supplies?

     A:  Simply put...NO RECEIPT, NO RETURN. No Exchanges or Returns after 14 Days. 

Q:  If I put a deposit down for an item and change my mind, can I get my money back? 

     A:  We do not offer refunds on deposist for custom orders. 

Q:  What is Ocean's Floor's Livestock guarantee?

     A:  We currently do not offer guarantees on livestock purchases. We do our best to help you choose the right item and see that you know how to properly introduce it to your aquarium. Unfortunately we cannot know what the item(s) go through once they leave the store. However, please bring some aquarium water in and tell us, as soon as possible, so that we can help figure out what happend and make sure it doesn't happen again.
